This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Relvema uses on its websites (relvema.com and therapist.relvema.com) and why. We keep it short because we use very few cookies — and none for advertising or third-party tracking.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to collect analytics. Relvema uses cookies only where necessary to operate the platform and complete payment transactions.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function. You cannot opt out of them without also being unable to use the service.

3. Payment cookies (Stripe)

When you complete a subscription purchase on the signup page, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe may set cookies on their domain to prevent fraud and maintain your checkout session. These cookies are set by Stripe, Inc. under their own Privacy Policy and are not controlled by Relvema.

Stripe’s cookies are used solely for payment security and fraud prevention. They do not contain protected health information and are not used by Relvema for any other purpose. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

4. What we do not use

Relvema does not use any of the following:

• Analytics cookies — We do not run Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar third-party analytics on therapist.relvema.com or relvema.com. No behavioral tracking of individual users is performed.
• Advertising cookies — Relvema does not display advertising and does not use advertising networks or retargeting platforms.
• Social media cookies — There are no Facebook Pixel, Twitter Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar social tracking scripts on any Relvema site.
• Session recording — Relvema does not use Hotjar, FullStory, or similar tools that record mouse movements or keystrokes.

5. Managing cookies

Because Relvema only uses strictly necessary and payment cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. The essential cookies listed in Section 2 are required for the platform to work.

You can clear all cookies and local storage at any time using your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of the therapist portal and any other active sessions. The steps vary by browser:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
• Safari: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → Remove All Website Data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data

6. Changes to this policy

If Relvema adds new cookies or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and the effective date above. We will not deploy advertising or behavioral tracking cookies without explicit consent.
